Job Purpose Acuity is currently looking for dedicated and motivated individuals who have robust leadership, organizational and teamwork skills for its Investment Banking team based in Gurgaon.

Key Responsibilities

- Supporting our clients on multiple industries including Consumer, IT/BPO, Telecom, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Healthcare, Metal Mining,Retail, Oil Gas, FIG, Services
- Preparing robust financial/transaction models by applying detailed understanding of commercialpracticalities, accounting and finance knowledge, technical ability,quantitative analysis, and logic
- Creating financial modelsthat capture the future operating, investing and financing activities, andhelps clients determine future profitability, financial position, and risk
- Should be well versed withOpCo Modeling, JV Modeling, Waterfall Valuation and other IB database andresearch tasks
- Conducting market analysisand develops an initial hypothesis around growth/drivers and upside potentialand downside risks
- Leverage economic andindustry knowledge to assess the validity of the financial models and reports
- Identifying criticalassumptions and facts that underline valuation estimates and providesalternative approaches as required




- Generating models andanalyses as industry requirements dictate and leverages economic and marketcondition knowledge to assess the validity of models and reports
- Meeting project timelines andquality of deliverables in a manner to ensure high client satisfaction
- Conducting quality controlcheck of the outgoing reports

Key Competencies

- Educational Qualification -MBA/ CFA/ CA.
- 2-10 years of experience inthe Investment banking space
- Experience of workingInvestment banking projects.
- Detailed financial analysiswith knowledge / experience of working on financial statements
- Target identification,Trading and Transaction comps
- Benchmarking, Ratio analysis
- Pitch book / IM support andcompany profiles
- Macro-economic and industryoverviews with experience working across various industries
- Bespoke qualitative research
- Should be able to workindependently, with minimal guidance and support
- Prior experience in handlingclients directly through calls / mails
- Excellent written and spokencommunication skills
- Should be well versed with MSOffice suite specially Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point.
- Working knowledge of database such as Bloomberg, CapitalIQ, Factset,Thomson, etc.
