Investment Adviser & Trading Manager

Position: Investment Adviser / Trading Manager

We are looking for an Investment Adviser with strong investment, trading, and managerial skills who can manage advisory activities and lead the investment/trading team.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide investment advice based on client goals, risk profile and investment horizon.
- Strong knowledge of Equity, Mutual Funds, ETFs, Bonds, Fixed Income, Gold and other investment products.
- Analyse portfolios and recommend asset allocation, diversification and rebalancing.
- Good understanding of Equity & F&O; trading, technical and fundamental analysis.
- Identify and evaluate short-term and positional trading opportunities.
- Lead and manage the research/trading team, assign responsibilities and monitor performance.




- Participate in business and strategic decision-making related to investment and trading activities.
- Coordinate with management, operations and compliance teams.
- Ensure activities are conducted in line with applicable SEBI regulations and internal policies.

Requirements
- NISM Investment Adviser certification/qualification as applicable.
- Strong investment product and stock market knowledge.
- Positive managerial, leadership and team-handling skills.
- Strong analytical, communication and decision-making abilities.
- Relevant experience in investment advisory, wealth management, research or trading preferred.
