Role Description The Inventory Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based at Catering Hub’s Mumbai location. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day inventory operations, including monitoring stock levels, performing regular physical inventory counts, and reconciling discrepancies to maintain accurate records.

Specialist will organize storage areas, track product movement, and support purchasing decisions by providing timely inventory data and reports.



The role also involves coordinating with sales and customer service teams to ensure product availability, assisting with order fulfillment, and communicating inventory status to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Physical Inventory and Inventory Management.
- Candidates should possess experience in Inventory Control and stock reconciliation processes.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills for internal and external interactions.
- Attention to detail, basic data entry and spreadsheet skills, and familiarity with inventory or POS software are beneficial.
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality supplies, or warehouse operations is an advantage.
- Ability to perform tasks that may require standing, lifting, and organizing stock in a store or warehouse environment.
