- Valuable understanding of SKU-wise inventory management.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in inventory planning and management.
- Experience in order planning and stock forecasting.
- Experience in store-wise stock replenishment.
- Candidate should be capable of independently handling day-to-day inventory planning and operational activities.
- Monitor overall inventory levels and maintain optimum stock.
- Analyse stock movement and identify fast-moving, slow-moving and non-moving products.
- Maintain SKU-wise inventory reports and ensure proper stock availability.
- Identify inventory gaps and take timely action to avoid stock-outs or excess inventory.
- Coordinate with the concerned teams for stock movement and inventory requirements.
2. Order Planning
- Plan purchase/order requirements based on sales, stock availability and product movement.
- Analyse historical sales and current inventory to determine order quantities.
- Prepare SKU-wise order requirements and coordinate with vendors/suppliers.
- Ensure timely ordering of required products to maintain inventory availability.
3. Store Replenishment
- Analyse store-wise stock levels and sales performance.
- Prepare regular replenishment plans for individual stores.
- Ensure the right products and quantities are replenished to each store.
- Monitor store stock and identify products requiring urgent replenishment.
- Coordinate with the dispatch/warehouse team for timely movement of stock.
4. Optical Product Knowledge
- Maintain solid knowledge of optical frames and eyeglasses.
- Understand different frame categories, styles, sizes, colours and SKUs.
- Identify product requirements based on store demand and sales movement.
- Ensure correct SKU/product planning during ordering and replenishment.
5. Excel & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports.
- Maintain SKU-wise, store-wise and category-wise stock reports.
- Use Excel for stock analysis, order planning and replenishment planning.
- Prepare MIS reports and provide inventory-related insights to management.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movement, orders and replenishments.
