About the role

Aroleap X is a wall-mounted smart home gym. Every unit we ship is a physical machine with hundreds of components, an installation kit, accessories, and a service tail behind it. You'll own the single source of truth for where all of that is — from vendor to warehouse to customer's wall.

What you'll own

- Inventory accuracy across raw material, WIP at the contract manufacturer, finished goods, accessories, and service spares — targeting 98%+ against system records
- Demand and stock planning: maintain reorder points, safety stock, and lead-time buffers per SKU so we never stock out on a launch or over-order slow movers
- Purchase order lifecycle — raising POs, following up with vendors on delivery schedules, GRN and three-way matching with finance
- Warehouse discipline: bin locations, batch/serial tracking of machines, FIFO, cycle counts, and monthly/quarterly physical stock audits
- Spares and reverse logistics — forecasting service part consumption with the support team, and managing returns, replacements, and refurbished units
- Inward/outward documentation and GST-compliant paperwork (e-way bills, delivery challans)



with the finance team
- Reporting: weekly stock position, ageing, shrinkage, inventory value, and days-of-cover to leadership

What we're looking for

- 3–6 years in inventory, stores, or supply chain — hardware, consumer electronics, appliances, or auto components preferred
- Hands-on with an ERP or inventory system (Zoho Inventory, Tally, SAP, Unicommerce, or similar) and genuinely robust in Excel/Sheets
- Understands BOMs, serial-number tracking, and multi-location stock
- Comfortable on the warehouse floor, not just at a desk — this role counts stock, not just reports on it
- Detail-obsessed. Someone who notices a two-unit discrepancy and chases it down
- Working knowledge of Indian logistics and GST documentation

Bonus

- Exposure to contract manufacturing or vendor-managed inventory
- Basic SQL or comfort building dashboards
