We are looking for an experienced Inventory Manager to manage end-to-end inventory and warehouse operations for our spices manufacturing business. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock, ensuring timely availability of materials for production, batch-wise traceability, and effective management of raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods.

Key Responsibilities-

- Manage inventory of raw spices, ingredients, packaging materials, consumables, WIP and finished goods.
- Maintain accurate physical and ERP/system stock records.
- Monitor minimum, maximum, reorder and safety stock levels.
- Ensure timely receipt, inspection, storage and issue of materials.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, QA/QC, Dispatch and Finance teams.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO and batch-wise inventory management.
- Maintain complete batch/lot traceability from material receipt to finished goods dispatch.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification, cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
- Identify and control shortage, excess, damaged, expired, slow-moving and non-moving inventory.
- Ensure proper warehouse organization, hygiene, housekeeping and material segregation.
- Monitor material consumption against production requirements/BOM and investigate variances.
- Maintain GRN, material issue/return, stock transfer and dispatch and adjustment records.
- Prepare daily,



weekly and monthly inventory reports for management.
- Supervise and guide store/warehouse staff.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food-safety, hygiene and audit requirements.

Qualification & Experience-

- 3 – 6 years of experience in Inventory/Stores/Warehouse Management.
- Experience in FMCG, Food Processing, Spices or Manufacturing industry preferred.
- Candidates with experience handling raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods will be preferred.
