About the Role

Flutter Footwear is looking for an Inventory Management Executive to keep our stock accurate, organized, and moving efficiently — from raw materials and finished footwear to warehouse and store-level inventory.

Key Responsibilities-

- Maintain accurate records of stock levels across warehouse, production, and retail locations
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies with system records- Track incoming and outgoing inventory, ensuring proper documentation (GRNs, dispatch notes, etc.)
- Coordinate with production, purchase, and sales teams to forecast stock requirements- Monitor slow-moving, excess, or damaged stock and recommend corrective action- Manage inventory using ERP/inventory management software and keep data updated in real time
- Ensure proper storage, labeling,



and organization of stock to minimize loss or damage-
- Prepare regular inventory reports (stock aging, reorder levels, stock-outs) for management
- Support periodic audits and ensure compliance with inventory control procedures

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or stock management (retail background preferred)
- Working knowledge of inventory/ERP systems (e.g., Tally, Zoho Inventory, SAP, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valuable understanding of stock reconciliation and basic supply chain concepts
- Proficiency in MS Excel for tracking and reporting
- Based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai

Nice to Have

- Experience with footwear, apparel, or FMCG inventory
- Familiarity with barcode/RFID-based inventory systems

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
