Roles and Responsibilities

- Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidate profiles from various job portals.
- Coordination: Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers.
- Documentation: Help maintain employee records, database management, and documentation during onboarding.
- HR Operations:



Support the team in day-to-day administrative tasks and employee engagement activities.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Device: Must own a functional laptop to bring to work daily.
- Education: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills: Solid communication skills (written and verbal) and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attributes: High energy, a positive attitude, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
