HR INTERN – TRAINING BASIS

Location: Pantheerankavu, Kozhikode

Job Purpose To provide practical, hands-on training and exposure to HR and administrative activities while developing professional skills and gaining practical knowledge of workplace HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the HR team with day-to-day HR activities.
- Support employee attendance and leave management.
- Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
- Support recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Assist with employee joining and onboarding formalities.
- Support preparation of HR reports, letters, and other HR documents.
- Assist in employee communication and engagement activities.
- Support HR meetings, events, and employee activities.
- Assist in implementing company HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by the HR Manager.

Eligibility
- Students or fresh graduates pursuing or having completed BBA, MBA, B.Com, or HR-related courses.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.




- Strong willingness to learn and develop HR skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and professional attitude.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle HR-related information responsibly.

Internship Terms & Performance-Based Stipend This is a 3-month training-based internship designed to provide practical HR experience and professional workplace exposure.

The intern will be eligible for a performance-based monthly stipend ranging from ₹1,000 to ₹5,000.

The stipend amount will be determined based on factors including:

- Work performance
- Attendance and punctuality
- Learning ability
- Quality of work
- Discipline and professionalism
- Communication skills
- Initiative and responsibility

The final stipend amount will be decided by the company based on the intern's overall performance.

Certificate

Upon successful completion of the 3-month internship, the candidate will be provided with an Internship/Training Certificate from the company.

Career Opportunity After 3 Months

After successful completion of the 3-month internship, the candidate's performance, skills, learning ability, discipline, communication, and overall suitability for the company will be evaluated.

If the candidate meets the company's expectations and both the candidate and company are willing to continue the association, the candidate may be appointed as an HR Trainee with an attractive salary package, subject to company policies and requirements.

Note: Completion of the internship does not automatically guarantee appointment as an HR Trainee. The chance will depend on the candidate's performance and the company's requirements.
