About the Role

We are looking for experienced and confident International Voice Process Executives to join our US Debt Process team in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. The ideal candidate should have strong spoken English, excellent customer-handling skills, and prior experience working on international voice processes. This is a target-oriented role suited to professionals who can communicate effectively with US customers and work comfortably in a night-shift environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle inbound and/or outbound voice calls with customers based in the United States.

· Understand customer financial concerns and communicate available debt-related solutions professionally.

· Build rapport with customers while maintaining a calm, empathetic and confident approach.

· Follow approved call flows, process guidelines, compliance requirements and quality standards.





· Accurately document customer conversations, information and call outcomes in the CRM/system.

· Meet assigned productivity, quality, conversion and performance targets.

· Handle customer objections professionally and escalate complex cases when required.

· Maintain excellent call quality, professional etiquette and confidentiality at all times.

Candidate Requirements

· Minimum 1+ year of experience in International Voice, US Voice, BPO, Sales, Customer Service or a relevant process.

· Excellent verbal communication and conversational English with a neutral/clear accent.

· Strong listening, probing, objection-handling and customer-management skills.

· Ability to understand and follow process guidelines and compliance requirements.

· Comfortable working in a 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM shift and in a work-from-office environment.

· Target-oriented, disciplined and confident personality with a professional attitude.

· Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/call-handling systems.
