Salary
- Freshers > 19K TH per month
- 619 Months > 22K TH Per month (B2 quality) || 32K TH Per month (C1 quality)
- Above 19 Months –> 27K TH per month (B2 quality) || 37K TH Per month (C1 quality)
Responsibilities
- Handle international customer queries via calls, chat & email
- Provide technical support
- Use CRM tools effectively
Preferred Profile:
- Undergraduate / Any Graduate (No pursuing)
- Positive English communication skills
- Basic computer & technical knowledge
- Comfortable with night shifts
- Immediate joiners preferred
Additional Information:
- 5 day working, 2 days off (Rotational)
- 2 way Cab within the radius of 23 KMs
