We are looking for experienced and customer-focused professionals to join our International Travel Voice Process in Gurgaon. Candidates with solid English communication and international BPO voice experience are encouraged to apply.

- Education: Graduate / Undergraduate
- Experience: Minimum 12 months of International BPO Voice Experience
- Process: International Travel Voice Process
- Salary: Up to ₹32,000 In-Hand
- Shift: Rotational Shifts
- Transport: Both-Side Cab / Travel Allowance

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls for an international travel process.
- Assist customers with travel-related queries and requests.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions.
- Maintain professional communication and customer service standards.
- Resolve customer concerns while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice BPO process.




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Good customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from the Gurgaon location.
