We are looking for a energetic International Sales professional to drive global business growth in the carpets and rugs segment. The role involves developing overseas markets, managing client relationships, and achieving export sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

International Market Development:

- Identify and develop new markets in regions like USA, Europe, Middle East, and Australia

- Research market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences

- Build and execute export sales strategies

Client Acquisition &

- Relationship Management:

- Generate leads through trade fairs, online platforms, and B2B networks

- Handle international buyers, importers, wholesalers, and retailers

- Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients

Order Management &

- Coordination:

- Manage end-to-end export orders (sampling → pricing → production → shipment)

- Coordinate with production, design, and logistics teams

- Ensure timely delivery and quality compliance

Pricing &

- Negotiation:

- Prepare quotations and cost sheets

- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with international clients

Sales Targets &





- Reporting:

- Achieve monthly/quarterly export sales targets

- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates

Trade Shows &

- Travel:

- Represent the company at international exhibitions (e.g., home textile fairs)

- Travel abroad for client meetings and business expansion

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree (MBA in International Business/Marketing preferred)

- 5–8+ years of experience in export sales (preferably carpets, rugs, or home textiles)

- Strong knowledge of international markets and export procedures

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Familiarity with B2B platforms (Alibaba, IndiaMART, etc.)

- Willingness to travel internationally

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of handmade rugs, tufted carpets, woven products

- Understanding of export documentation (LC, shipping terms, Incoterms)

- Solid networking and relationship-building skills

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
