You'll work directly with the IIT Delhi founder team across D2C brands, startups and international clients, helping build marketing systems that generate measurable business outcomes.

Our clients work with us on monthly retainers ranging from $700–$5,000 (₹60K–₹4.2L approx.) .

? This is a Profit-Sharing Role

You won't be treated like a conventional intern.

As you develop the ability to acquire, retain and grow clients , you can participate in the economics of the business through a performance/profit-sharing structure .

The better the business performs, the more you can earn.

You'll learn

How to find clients → pitch them → close them → deliver results → retain them → grow the account.

What You'll Work On

- Research and identify potential international clients
- Build prospect lists and outbound campaigns
- Write and test cold emails, LinkedIn outreach and pitches
- Participate in client calls and business discussions
- Understand client problems and translate them into marketing opportunities
- Develop digital growth strategies
- Work across Meta Ads, Google Ads, content, CRO & customer acquisition
- Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities to increase ROI
- Help retain and expand existing client accounts




- Experiment with AI tools to improve speed and execution
- Work directly with the founding team on high-value accounts

? What We're Actually Hiring For We're not looking for someone who simply knows Canva or can schedule Instagram posts.

We're looking for someone who wants to become a growth operator .

You should be

- Highly ambitious and commercially minded
- Strong at communication and persuasion
- Curious about sales, marketing and business

- Willing to take ownership of outcomes
- Fast at learning and executing

Freshers are welcome. Your ability to think, sell and execute matters more than your degree.
