Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product and service solutions.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide accurate resolutions.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through prompt and courteous support.
- Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while meeting response-time targets.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records and interaction details in the CRM system.
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and data privacy guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Meet key performance metrics such as CSAT, FRT, AHT, and Resolution Rate.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum qualification: 10+2.
- Diploma (3 years), Undergraduate, BE/B.Tech, or Graduate from any stream.
- 13 years of relevant experience required.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.




- International chat process experience is mandatory.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Salary and Benefits

- Salary: Up to 34 LPA.
- 5 days working.
- 2 rotational weekly offs.
- 24/7 rotational shifts.
