We are looking for an experienced International Business Development / Global Expansion Leader to drive Capsberg’s growth into new international markets.

? Location: Doddaballapur Industrial Area, Bangalore

? CTC: Up to ₹20 LPA

? Industry: Agritech

? Experience: 15+ years

? What will you lead?Market Expansion & Business Development

- Identify and evaluate high-potential international markets.
- Develop market-entry strategies across distributors, agri-cooperatives, institutional partnerships, government/NGO tie-ups and other channels.
- Build and manage relationships with international distributors, agri-input dealers and institutional buyers.
- Assess local farming practices, competition, regulations and commercial potential.
- Lead negotiations and close strategic partnerships and distribution agreements.
- Represent Capsberg at relevant international trade shows and industry conferences.

⚙️ Operations & Execution

- Assess supply chain, cold-chain and logistics readiness for new markets.
- Work closely with Production, Logistics, R&D;, Finance and Legal teams to ensure smooth cross-border operations.
- Ensure compliance with international agricultural, import-export, seed and input regulations.
- Establish market KPIs and monitor performance.
- Manage operational relationships with vendors and distributors.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and drive timely solutions.

? Strategy & Leadership

- Develop business cases and go-to-market plans for leadership approval.




- Track and report market performance, opportunities, challenges and financial outcomes.
- Provide strategic recommendations on where Capsberg should invest and expand next.
- Partner directly with the Directors in shaping Capsberg’s global growth strategy.

? What are we looking for?
- 15+ years of experience in international business development, market expansion or global operations.
- Proven experience launching and scaling business in new international markets.
- Strong understanding of international trade, agricultural regulations and compliance.
- Experience in Agritech, Agri-inputs, Farm Tech or Precision Agriculture is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics and cross-border operations.
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with a solid hands-on execution mindset.
- Existing international network of agribusiness partners/distributors will be an advantage.
- Degree in Business, International Trade, Agribusiness, Operations or a related field.
