Role Description

- The International Business Development Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Nandesari/Vadodara.
- This position is responsible for identifying and developing new international markets, managing relationships with overseas distributors and partners, and driving export sales for Ocean Agro’s product portfolio.
- Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, generating and qualifying leads, preparing proposals and presentations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance with international trade requirements.
- The role also involves participating in international trade fairs,



maintaining accurate sales and pipeline reports, and supporting strategic planning for market entry and expansion.
- The executive will collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to adapt offerings and messaging to diverse global markets.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in International Business Development and International Business, with experience in expanding markets and managing cross-border partnerships.
- Proficiency in Market Research and Lead Generation to identify opportunities, assess competition, and build a robust international sales pipeline.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, negotiation, and relationship management across cultures.
- Experience in agribusiness, agrochemicals, or related sectors, with understanding of sustainable agriculture and eco-friendly inputs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Agriculture, or a related field; a relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and travel internationally as required.
- Strong analytical, planning, and presentation skills, with proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
- Comfort working in an on-site workplace in Vadodara and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
