We are hiring Customer Support Executives for Voice & Non-Voice processes in Jaipur. This is a excellent opportunity for freshers and graduates looking to start or grow their career in the BPO/customer service industry.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through voice calls or chat support.

Resolve customer issues professionally and within the required timeframe.

Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate information while handling customer interactions.

Demonstrate good communication and, for non-voice roles, typing skills.

Eligibility

Any Graduate / Undergraduate can apply.

Freshers are welcome.

Good spoken and written English communication.





Customer-service mindset with a willingness to learn.

Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Incentives: Additional incentives as applicable

Working Days: 5 days a week

Week Off: 2 rotational week offs

Shift: Rotational shifts
