Position: Customer Support – Voice & Non-Voice

Experience: Freshers can apply

Eligibility: Any Graduate / Undergraduate

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 + Incentives

Location: Jaipur

Work Mode: Work From Office

Shift: Rotational Shifts

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Week Off: 2 Rotational Week Offs

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through voice or chat support.

Resolve customer issues professionally and within the required time.

Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional approach.





Respond to customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.

Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude.

Skills Required

Fluent English communication skills.

Positive customer service skills.

Good typing speed for non-voice roles.

Ability to communicate professionally with customers.

Freshers with a willingness to learn can apply.
