About the Role
We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Website Design Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about UI/UX, contemporary web technologies and looking to build hands-on experience in website design and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design website layouts, wireframes, and UI mockups
- Assist in building and structuring responsive websites using HTML & CSS
- Ensure designs are optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
- Support website development and updates.
- Apply prompt engineering techniques to generate better design, content concepts.
- Apply UI/UX principles including typography, color theory, spacing, and layout to create user-friendly designs
- Research and stay updated on the latest web technologies
- Collaborate with the marketing and research team to align website design with brand goals
Requirements
- Strong interest in Website Design, UI/UX, and modern web technologies
- Understanding of HTML, CSS and JS for responsive web design
- Basic experience or familiarity with WordPress and website builders
- Basic understanding of prompt engineering to effectively create concepts.
- Good understanding of UI/UX principles typography, color theory, spacing, layouts
- Creative mindset with willingness to learn, research independently, and stay updated with web design.
Good to Have
- A portfolio of personal or academic web design projects
- Knowledge of JavaScript or website animation tools
- Experience with design systems or component libraries
- Interest in front-end development beyond design
