Role Description The Intern - Video Producer will support the planning, production, and delivery of multimedia content for InTechNative’s digital channels. This internship role is remote, offering flexibility to collaborate with marketing, training, and technology teams from any location.

We are seeking a highly creative visual storyteller to be the face and voice of JobExcello across social media. You will conceptualize, create, and edit high-converting video content (reels, shorts, promotional videos) to drive app downloads and website traffic.

Core Responsibilities:

- Produce engaging, viral-worthy short-form video content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok) highlighting Job Excello's features.
- Leverage cutting-edge AI digital content tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, HeyGen, ChatGPT) to accelerate content production and create visually stunning assets.
- Own the entire video production pipeline: ideation, scripting, shooting, and editing.
- Stay ahead of social media trends and adapt audio/visual formats to maximize organic reach.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and Multimedia for planning, capturing, and structuring video content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Editing and Video Post-Production for assembling footage, refining audio and visuals, and preparing final deliverables.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics for creating simple animations, titles, and visual elements that enhance storytelling.
- Basic familiarity with common editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro) or motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects) is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to follow creative direction in a remote, team-oriented environment.
- Exposure to AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, HeyGen, ChatGPT)

Ideal Skills & Profile:

- Strong portfolio of short-form video content and social media editing.
- Proficiency with modern video editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci) and generative AI content tools.
- Highly creative with an intuitive understanding of hook-driven digital storytelling.

Compensation & Growth Path

- Structure: This is a 3-month Trainee/Internship program designed to test your real-world execution.
- Stipend: ₹10,000 per month (Fixed) for the first 3 months.
- The Upside: This is an audition for a permanent role. If you consistently hit the targets, take complete ownership of your vertical, and contribute directly to the company’s growth you will be offered a highly competitive full time position immediately following the 3-month period.

Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will be asked to submit a short assignment to check on creative and production knowledge. Final interview to follow.
