Job Summary

We are looking for an Internal Audit Executive to join our team in Borivali, Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for executing internal audit assignments, reviewing business processes and internal controls, identifying control gaps, and preparing audit reports and working papers.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct internal audits and process audits for clients across various industries.
- Perform process walkthroughs and understand key business processes and controls.
- Test transactions, supporting documents and internal controls to identify exceptions and control weaknesses.
- Identify process gaps, risks and control deficiencies and discuss findings with the concerned process owners.
- Prepare audit working papers, audit observations and draft internal audit reports.
- Assist in preparation and review of Risk Control Matrices (RCM), SOPs and process documentation.
- Perform data analysis, reconciliations, variance analysis and other audit procedures using MS Excel.
- Review compliance with company policies, SOPs,



accounting principles and applicable statutory requirements.
- Follow up with process owners for implementation and closure of audit observations.
- Assist in statutory, tax and compliance-related work, wherever required.
- Coordinate with clients and internal team members to ensure timely completion of audit assignments.

Qualification
- Graduate in Commerce/Finance or related field.
- Semi-Qualified CA / CA Inter / CA Finalist preferred.

Experience
- 1–4 years of experience in Internal Audit and Risk Advisory

Required Skills
- Positive knowledge of accounting and auditing concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Good communication and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to travel to client locations, if required.
- Exposure to Tally / SAP / other ERP systems will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
