About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Management Intern to support our marketing team in planning, creating, and managing content across social media platforms. This role is ideal for someone looking to build hands-on experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in developing and scheduling content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Create engaging captions, graphics in line with brand voice
- Monitor page performance, engagement metrics, and audience insights
- Research industry trends, competitor activity, and relevant hashtags
- Support community management by responding to comments and messages
- Study how platform algorithms rank and distribute content (reach, watch time, saves, shares, posting cadence) and apply those findings to the content calendar
- Run small structured tests formats, hooks, captions, posting times — and document what moved the numbers
- Translate insights from analytics into concrete recommendations for the next content cycle




- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports

Requirements

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Robust written communication skills
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and their business/creator tools
- Basic understanding of content design tools (Canva, Adobe Express, etc.)
- Creative mindset with an eye for visual storytelling
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Good to Have

- Prior experience managing a personal or brand social page
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite)
- Interest in copywriting
