- Monitoring daily inventory across warehouses and fulfilment centres.
- Tracking inventory movement, including inward, outward, transfers, returns, and inventory adjustments.
- Coordinating with Procurement, Warehouse, Category, Planning, and Logistics teams to maintain inventory accuracy and availability.
- Reconciling purchase orders, goods receipt notes, invoices, and inventory transactions to ensure accurate stock and financial records.
- Processing and reconciling credit notes, debit notes, returns, and damaged/shortage claims with vendors and customers.
- Coordinating with the Sales team to obtain promotional offers, discount plans, and campaign schedules, and share the details with the Planning and CRM teams.
