Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and curious Student Intern to join our Engineering team in Bangalore. In this role, you will learn and contribute to the automation and quality assurance of Fluence products and systems within an integrated continuous delivery environment.

You will gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies in renewable energy, battery energy storage systems (BESS), software quality engineering, and AI-enabled productivity tools while working alongside experienced engineers in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Internship Duration: 3 - 6 Months (based on academic requirements and business needs)

What Youll Do

- Learn tools, technologies, and engineering practices involved in the design, development, validation, and delivery of Fluence products and systems.
- Gain foundational knowledge of the Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) domain and renewable energy technologies.
- Learn and practice Agile development methodologies and modern software engineering processes.
- Contribute to the automation of product validation and quality assurance activities.
- Support continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes.
- Assist in executing and maintaining automated test suites.
- Participate in troubleshooting, defect analysis, and quality improvement initiatives.




- Collaborate with software developers, quality engineers, and product teams.
- Help ensure consistency, reliability, and quality of software releases.

Your Qualifications

Education

- BE/B.Tech with specialization in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Software Engineering , or a related field.
- Currently pursuing or planning to pursue M.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, or related disciplines .

Technical Skills

- Basic understanding of how Large Language Models (LLMs) work and an interest in leveraging AI tools to improve engineering productivity.
- Demonstrated participation in academic or personal projects related to:
- Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning
- Internet of Things (IoT)
- Renewable Energy

- Knowledge of at least one programming language:

- Python
- JavaScript

- Familiarity with one or more development environments:

- Visual Studio Code
- IntelliJ IDEA
- Similar IDEs

- Basic knowledge of:

- SQL
- Databases

- Exposure to tools such as:

- Jira
- Git
- Postman
- Similar software development tools
