Role Description

We are seeking an Event Executive Intern to join our on-site team in New Delhi. This internship offers hands-on exposure to sponsorship outreach, client servicing, and event operations. Responsibilities include:

- Sponsorship calling and outreach to potential partners
- Supporting client servicing and relationship management
- Assisting in event operations and production logistics
- Vendor liaison and venue coordination
- Preparing event briefs, checklists,



and documentation
- Helping manage on-ground event setup and execution
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless delivery

Internship Details ? Duration: 6 months

? Stipend: ₹12,000–₹14,000 per month (based on experience)

? Location: Roseknot Events & Marketing LLP, Okhla Phase 2, New Delhi

Qualifications

- Interest in event management, sponsorship, and brand experiences
- Strong communication skills for calling and client servicing
- Organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic proficiency in office productivity tools (spreadsheets, presentations, email)
- Current student or recent graduate in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or Communications preferred
- Availability to work on-site, including occasional evenings or weekends during events
