Role Description The Intern Customer Relation role is a full time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The intern will assist in handling customer queries and concerns through phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

Daily responsibilities include supporting customer service operations, maintaining records of interactions, and helping track feedback to improve overall customer satisfaction. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues, contributing to customer retention efforts,



and promoting a positive brand experience across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Customer Support and Customer Service to handle inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Candidates should possess skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention to help build long-term, positive relationships with customers.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication in English and preferably Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort working with CRM tools or ticketing systems (training can be provided).
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, collaborate with teams, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Current students or recent graduates in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related fields are encouraged to apply; prior internship or part-time experience in customer-facing roles is an advantage.
