Role Description The Intern Customer Experience role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The intern will support day-to-day customer interactions, respond to inquiries across channels, and assist in resolving issues to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Responsibilities include capturing customer feedback, monitoring satisfaction levels, and escalating concerns to relevant teams when needed.



The role also involves maintaining accurate records of customer communication, contributing ideas to improve processes, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance service quality and brand loyalty.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and a focus on Customer Satisfaction.
- Candidates should possess foundational Customer Support capabilities and a service-oriented mindset.
- Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret customer feedback and identify trends.
- Candidates should possess clear and skilled Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Interest in health, fitness, and wellness; ability to work on-site in New Delhi.
- Attention to detail, basic computer proficiency, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior internship or academic project experience in customer service or related fields is an advantage.
