Role Description The Intern Customer Support role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The intern will respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and social media, providing timely and accurate information about Fitspire’s products and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include resolving customer issues, tracking queries, escalating complex cases when needed, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

The intern will document interactions, support order-related processes, gather customer feedback,



and collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience. This role also involves learning and applying basic support tools, maintaining clear communication, and representing the brand in a professional and empathetic manner.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage effectively with diverse customers and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to handle queries, resolve concerns, and enhance the overall service experience.
- Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to understand customer issues, identify patterns, and suggest practical solutions.
- Basic proficiency with computers, CRM or ticketing tools, and online communication platforms is beneficial.
- Enthusiasm for health, fitness, and wellness, along with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in any discipline; prior internship or exposure to customer-facing roles is an advantage.
