Interior Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and achieve monthly sales revenue targets.

- Handle and convert qualified leads into confirmed projects.

- Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry to project sign-up.

- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and design presentations.

- Prepare and negotiate quotations while maintaining profitability.

- Coordinate with the design team

- Follow up with prospective clients and improve conversion rates.

- Build relationships with architects, builders, and referral partners.

- Monitor team performance through KPIs and provide coaching.

- Maintain accurate CRM records and submit daily/weekly sales reports.

- Resolve client concerns to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

- 1 years of sales experience minimum (preferably in interiors)

- Strong negotiation and closing skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

- Team leadership and mentoring.

- CRM and Google Sheets proficiency.

- Ability to understand interior design concepts and Client requirements.

- Target-oriented with robust analytical skills.
