Job Overview:

We are looking for a Site Supervisor with hands-on experience in managing interior projects. The ideal candidate should be proficient in reading architectural drawings, taking accurate site measurements, ensuring quality execution, and managing site operations efficiently. The role demands strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with multiple parties to ensure timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise end-to-end project execution as per approved designs, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Conduct daily site visits and provide a Daily Progress Report (DPR).
- Take precise site measurements and ensure accuracy in execution.
- Read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings to guide site work.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and vendors to maintain workflow.
- Develop weekly schedules and align vendors for resource allocation.
- Monitor quality control to ensure adherence to project specifications and standards.
- Identify and resolve on-site challenges to ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Maintain records of site activities, work progress, and materials used.
- Supervise and manage junior site staff, carpenters/painters, and labor teams.




- Optimise resource utilisation to minimise waste and control project costs.
- Ensure 100% adherence to internal processes and company policies.
- Travel to different project sites as required, ensuring proper coordination and execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in on-site execution of residential/interior projects.
- Strong knowledge of modular furniture, fit-out work, and interior finishes.
- A Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design will be an added advantage
- Ability to read and plan work from project schedules.
- Good understanding of building codes, safety norms, and quality standards.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project documentation and reporting.
- Must have own two-wheeler for site travel.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in commercial, residential, hotel, or other interior projects.
