Key Responsibilities

- Furniture Selection &
- Planning:

Create furniture layouts and specify furniture, fabrics, finishes, and materials that align with the project vision while independently coordinating with vendors.
- Décor &
- Wall Art Curation: Develop styling concepts &proposals; for décor, soft furnishings, accessories, and wall art, including sourcing from suitable vendors and artisans.
- Styling &
- Project Setup: Assist in the final styling, staging, and setup of residential spaces to achieve the intended design outcome.
- Lighting Design &
- Selection: Prepare lighting plans and presentations, select fixtures that complement the design language, and independently source and coordinate with lighting vendors.
- Vendor &
- Contractor Coordination: Collaborate closely with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to communicate design details, address technical queries, and ensure accurate installation of all design elements.
- Research &
- Development (R&D;): Explore cutting-edge interior materials, finishes, products, and sustainable design solutions to ensure projects remain contemporary and design-forward.
- Material &
- Finish Selection: Curate materials, finishes, furnishings,



and decorative elements that enhance the overall aesthetic while meeting project and brand requirements.
- Space Planning: Develop functional and visually appealing layouts that optimize spatial flow, usability, and brand alignment.
- Design Presentations &
- Visualization Support: Present design concepts through mood boards, sketches, elevations, and 2D/3D visualizations while assisting with the development, refinement, correction, and enhancement of 3D renders and AI-generated design outputs to effectively communicate project ideas.
- Site Visits &
- Supervision: Conduct regular site visits during execution to ensure quality control, adherence to design intent, and timely resolution of site-related concerns.
- Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve on-site challenges efficiently to ensure smooth project execution and implementation.
- Team Support: Support the design team with project coordination, material sourcing, vendor management, presentations, and additional project-related responsibilities as required.
