About the RoleSasa Style is looking for a creative and hands-on Interior Designer to manage and execute interior design improvements across our 4 retail stores. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, coordinating, and supervising interior changes that enhance the overall look, functionality, and customer experience of our stores.

This role will involve working closely with the management team, contractors, vendors, and store teams to ensure that all design changes are completed according to Sasa Style's brand standards, timelines, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit and assess all 4 Sasa Style stores to identify areas requiring interior improvements or changes.
- Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and proposals for store renovations and modifications.
- Plan and coordinate interior changes, fixtures, displays, lighting, walls, flooring, ceilings, counters, and other retail elements.
- Design and coordinate store facades, exterior appearance, signage, branding, and related visual elements.
- Prepare drawings, layouts, measurements, material specifications, and basic design documentation as required.
- Coordinate with contractors, fabricators, electricians, carpenters, signage vendors, and other suppliers.
- Visit sites regularly to supervise ongoing work and ensure execution matches the approved design.
- Check the quality of materials, workmanship, finishing, and installation.
- Ensure all stores maintain a consistent Sasa Style look and brand identity.
- Suggest practical and cost-effective design solutions while maintaining a premium and attractive appearance.
- Coordinate timelines for renovation, maintenance, signage,



and other design-related projects.
- Identify maintenance or design issues within stores and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Work with management to prioritize improvements based on business requirements and budget.
- Maintain records of designs, measurements, materials, vendor details, and completed work.

Requirements
- Bachelor's/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 1–3+ years of relevant experience in interior design, retail design, commercial interiors, or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of retail store interiors, facade design, signage, lighting, materials, and finishes.
- Ability to read and prepare basic drawings and layouts.
- Experience coordinating with contractors and vendors.
- Strong site supervision and project coordination skills.
- Good understanding of measurements, materials, and construction/installation processes.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop, or similar tools is preferred.
- Creative eye for design with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple store projects and work within deadlines.
- Willingness to travel between Sasa Style stores as required.
