Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on portfolio and experience)

About Us

We are a premier interior design firm crafting customized, aesthetically inspiring residential and commercial spaces. We are seeking a creative, skilled Interior Designer to join our in-house office team to translate client visions into beautiful, practical, and executable design concepts.

Key Responsibilities

- Concept & Layout Design: Create innovative space layouts, mood boards, color schemes, and material selections for residential and commercial spaces.
- Technical & 3D Visualization: Prepare detailed 2D floor plans, elevation drawings, working drawings, and photorealistic 3D renders using design software.
- Client Presentations: Present design proposals, material samples, and 3D visual representations to clients during sales and design consultations.
- Technical Documentation: Produce accurate BOQs (Bill of Quantities), production drawings, and cut-lists for modular furniture execution.
- Execution Alignment:



Coordinate with the site Project Manager to clarify design details and resolve site technical queries.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of hands-on interior design experience (freshers with exceptional portfolios may be considered).
- Robust proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max / V-Ray / Corona, or Photoshop.
- Knowledge of materials, lighting, modular fittings, and local construction methods in Kerala.
- Excellent presentation and creative communication skills.
- Must present a portfolio of work when applying.
