Role Description The Interior Designer role at Studio 2.47 is a full-time, in office position based in Pune, Kothrud.

The Interior Designer is expected to have a Strong Design Sense and will to venture into worldwide design practises and come up with creative thoughtful solutions.

He/She shall lead and coordinate interior projects from concept through execution, including developing design concepts, preparing layouts, and creating detailed drawings and presentations for residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects . The role involves integrating effective design principles, using tools for modeling and coordination. Also supporting client communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Daily tasks include collaborating with architects and site-engineers, selecting materials, finishes, and FF&E;, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and ensuring design intent is maintained during execution.



The role also involves site visits, measurements, quality checks, and client meetings to understand requirements and present design solutions.

The Interior

Designer will contribute to project documentation, support project management activities, and participate in internal design reviews.

The role does not involve any site supervision tasks.

Qualifications

- Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency with design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools).
- Proficiency in interior modeling + rendering softwares like Enscape, D5, V-ray etc
- Strong Interior Designing skills, with the ability to translate concepts into functional spaces.
- Proficiency in Space Planning to optimize layouts and circulation for different types of projects.
- Knowledge of FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection, specification, and coordination.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with clients, contractors, and consultants.
