About Us

Morph Design Company is a leading interior design firm specializing in luxury residential, clubhouse, and hospitality interior projects. We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer who can lead projects from concept to completion while delivering exceptional design solutions and client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Meet and consult with clients to understand project requirements, lifestyle needs, design preferences, budget, and functional expectations.
- Develop innovative interior design concepts, space planning solutions, and design presentations.
- Create mood boards, material palettes, furniture layouts, and design specifications.
- Prepare detailed working drawings, construction drawings, and design documentation.
- Select and specify finishes, furniture, fixtures, sanitary fittings, lighting, artwork, and accessories.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, structural consultants, vendors, and contractors for smooth project execution.
- Prepare material estimates, BOQs, and cost evaluations.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality, timelines, and budget compliance.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and resolve design-related challenges.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and execution teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay updated on emerging design trends, materials, technologies, and industry best practices.





Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field from a reputed institution.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in interior design.
- Proven experience in luxury residential, villa, apartment, clubhouse, and hospitality interior projects.
- Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, color theory, ergonomics, and material selection.
- Excellent project management and client relationship management skills.
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to manage projects independently from concept development to final handover.

Technical Skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of 3D visualization tools such as V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape will be an added advantage.
