Role Description This full-time, on-site Interior Designer role is based in the Pune Division.

The Interior

Designer will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing layouts, and creating detailed drawings that align with client requirements and project budgets. Day-to-day tasks include space planning, selecting materials and finishes, coordinating FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and collaborating with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is executed accurately. The role also involves conducting site visits, preparing presentations and mood boards, and revising designs based on feedback and technical constraints.

The Interior

Designer will work closely with project teams to manage timelines,



maintain quality standards, and support smooth project delivery from concept through completion.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Interior Design and FF&E; selection to create cohesive, functional, and aesthetic spaces.
- Proficiency in Space Planning to optimize flow, usability, and comfort for a variety of residential and commercial layouts.
- Understanding of Architecture and ability to collaborate effectively with architects and structural consultants.
- Ability to produce accurate Construction Drawings and documentation for execution by contractors and vendors.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience with design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and presentation tools.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to present concepts and incorporate feedback constructively.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
- Knowledge of local building codes, materials, and construction practices in the Pune region is an advantage.
- Prior experience in interior design or architectural firms is preferred but not mandatory.
