Job Title: Experienced Interior Designer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with proven professional experience to lead and execute interior design projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate has a strong design portfolio, excellent project management skills, and a deep understanding of materials, space planning, and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage interior design projects from initial concept development to final execution.
- Collaborate with clients to determine project goals, budgets, and timelines.
- Create and present design concepts, mood boards, sketches, layouts, and 3D visualizations.
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit.
- Select furniture, fixtures, materials, and finishes in alignment with client vision and functional needs.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and other consultants to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure design intent is maintained.
- Stay current with industry trends,



sustainable design practices, and new materials.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Supervise junior designers or interns as required.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (Master’s degree a plus).
- 4+ years of qualified interior design experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing completed interior design projects across various sectors (residential, commercial, hospitality, etc.).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office; 3D rendering software experience is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, accessibility standards, and construction processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
