Bludesign is looking for a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for aesthetics, space planning, materials, and detailing, along with the ability to convert client requirements into practical and visually appealing interior spaces.

You will be responsible for taking projects from concept development through design documentation and execution while coordinating with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts based on client requirements.
- Prepare space plans, furniture layouts, mood boards, material selections, and design presentations.
- Create detailed working drawings and design documentation.
- Prepare and review drawings for execution, including layouts, elevations, sections, and details.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their preferences, requirements, budgets, and expectations.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and other stakeholders during project execution.
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, colors, and accessories.
- Conduct site visits and ensure that design intent is properly implemented.
- Monitor project progress and identify design or execution issues.
- Make necessary revisions based on client feedback and site conditions.
- Maintain project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Stay updated with current interior design trends, materials, finishes,



and industry practices.

Requirements
- Bachelor's/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in interior design.
- Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and interior design presentation tools.
- Knowledge of 3D visualization software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar tools will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of working drawings and technical detailing.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinking combined with practical problem-solving skills.
- Candidates should have a strong portfolio of completed interior design projects.

Compensation

₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, portfolio, and interview performance.
