Role Description The Interior Project Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. This position is responsible for coordinating interior design projects from concept through completion, including scheduling, resource planning, and daily communication with designers, vendors, and craftspeople. Typical tasks include preparing and organizing project documentation, assisting with material selection and procurement, tracking timelines and budgets, and ensuring that site activities follow design specifications.

The coordinator will conduct regular site visits, monitor work quality, address day-to-day issues,



and support client meetings with updates and presentations. The role requires proactive follow-up, clear documentation of decisions, and collaboration with the design team to deliver projects on time and to the required standards.

Qualifications

- Strong project coordination and organizational skills, including scheduling, documentation, and task follow-up.
- Knowledge of interior design principles, materials, finishes, and basic construction processes.
- Ability to communicate clearly with clients, vendors, and site teams, both verbally and in writing.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with design or drafting tools (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) is preferred.
- Comfort with frequent site work, practical problem-solving, and monitoring quality and safety standards.
- Relevant education in interior design, architecture, or a related field; prior experience in interior project coordination is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a professional, inclusive approach with diverse stakeholders.
