Technical Skills

- Basic understanding of Automation concepts and lifecycle.

- Hands-on exposure to at least one RPA or Test Automation (Playwright preferred) tool: Playwright, UiPath/ Power Automate/ Automation Anywhere/ Blue Prism or any other tool.

- Basic programming knowledge in: Python.

- Understanding of: Variables, loops, conditions & basic exception handling.

- Familiarity with: Excel automation & Web and email automation.

Essential Skills

- Basic programming experience in .net technologies.

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

- Must have strong technical knowledge and analytical skills.

Educational Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.

Job Responsibilities

- Trainee will be trained to function on the Test Automation, Robotic Process Automation, and Agentic AI domain.





- Assist in development of : Test Automation using Playwright/RPA bots using UiPath/Power Automate/Automation Anywhere/Blue Prism/Agentic AI.

- Understand business processes and process documents (PDD, SDD).

- Convert manual processes into automated workflows under guidance.

- Perform unit testing and support UAT activities.

- Debug issues and fix bot failures with support from senior developers.

- Support deployment of bots into production environments.

- Monitor bot performance and provide post deployment support.

- Maintain technical documentation and follow coding standards.

- Adhere to security, compliance, and governance guidelines.
