Job Title: Integration Specialist

Location: Pune

Shift: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST / 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM IST

Stratacent is looking for an experienced Finacle Integration Specialist to join our team. The role involves configuring and implementing Finacle system integrations, managing APIs and middleware platforms, troubleshooting data flow issues across banking applications, and ensuring seamless communication between core banking modules and external systems.

Responsibilities:

- Manage integration across Finacle core banking modules (CASA, Loans, Deposits, Payments) using Finacle Integrator / Connect24.

- Develop and implement APIs and middleware solutions.

- Oversee payment system integration (NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, UPI, cards).

- Ensure channel integration across mobile, internet banking, ATMs, POS, and branches.

- Support data migration and validate module connectivity.

- Troubleshoot and resolve integration and performance issues.

- Document workflows and provide post‐migration support

Required Skills:

- 4+ years of experience in system integration within core banking platforms.

- Strong knowledge of Finacle Integrator / Connect24.

- Expertise in APIs, middleware, and payment systems.





- Experience in channel integration across multiple banking platforms.

- Problem-solving mindset with solid technical troubleshooting skills.
