Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented BOQ & Billing Executive to manage quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, project billing, measurements, cost tracking, and commercial documentation for interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed BOQ (Bill of Quantities) based on interior drawings, specifications, and site requirements.

- Perform quantity take-offs for civil, carpentry, furniture, electrical, plumbing, flooring, ceiling, painting, glass, and other interior works.

- Prepare client bills, RA bills, contractor bills, and vendor bills.

- Verify site measurements and quantities of completed work.

- Check bills against BOQ, work orders, purchase orders, drawings, and agreed rates.

- Prepare rate analysis and cost estimates for various interior works.

- Track project quantities, costs, variations, and additional/extra works.

- Prepare variation statements and reconciliation reports.

- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, designers, contractors, and vendors for billing-related requirements.

- Monitor material consumption, wastage, and quantity reconciliation.

- Maintain records of BOQs, measurements, work orders,



invoices, bills, and supporting documents.

- Assist in project budget monitoring and cost control.

- Identify billing discrepancies and resolve them with relevant teams.

- Prepare regular MIS and commercial reports for management.

- Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of project bills.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of interior construction and fit-out works.

- Good understanding of BOQ, quantity surveying, estimation, and billing.

- Ability to read and understand architectural/interior drawings.

- Positive knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, lookup functions, Pivot Tables, and reporting.

- Working knowledge of AutoCAD for drawing reference and quantity take-off.

- Good numerical and analytical skills.

- Strong attention to detail.

- Good coordination and communication skills.

- Ability to work with multiple projects and meet billing deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
