- Insurance Domain Architecture: Strong understanding of insurance business processes and systems, with experience designing solutions across policy, claims, billing, or employee advantages platforms.
- End-to-End Solution Design: Proven ability to define holistic solution architectures covering functional, non-functional, service, and security requirements.
- Cloud & Modern Architecture: Experience designing scalable, resilient solutions using cloud platforms and modern architectural patterns (e.g., APIs, microservices).
- Agile Delivery & Stakeholder Collaboration: Strong experience working in Agile environments, collaborating with product owners, platform teams, and delivery teams to drive outcomes.
- Security, Risk & Governance: Ability to design compliant solutions, manage architectural risks and controls, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements.
