1. Insurance Renewals & Sales:

- Handle motor insurance renewals for existing customers
- Generate new insurance business (Current Car Insurance, Renewals, Add-ons)
- Coordinate with insurance companies (ICICI Lombard, Bajaj Allianz, HDFC Ergo, etc.)
- Achieve monthly renewal and sales targets

1. Claims Management:

- Manage cashless and reimbursement claim process end-to-end
- Coordinate with surveyors, workshop, and insurance company
- Ensure faster claim settlement and customer satisfaction
- Verify claim documents and estimation

1. Team & Customer Handling:

- Lead and train insurance advisors / executives
- Resolve customer queries related to policy, claim, and premium
- Maintain good relationship with customers and insurance partners

1. Reporting & Documentation:

- Maintain daily MIS for renewals, claims, and pending cases
- Follow up for lapsed policies
- Ensure all insurance documentation is accurate and compliant

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
