Role Description This full-time Insurance Sales Representative role is a hybrid position based in Ranchi, with a combination of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves identifying prospective clients, explaining insurance products, and recommending coverage options that align with customers’ needs and budgets.

Daily responsibilities include conducting sales calls and meetings, preparing and presenting quotations, following up on leads, and managing client relationships to ensure renewals and cross-selling opportunities. The representative will handle customer inquiries,



assist with policy documentation, coordinate with underwriting and claims teams when needed, and maintain accurate records in internal systems. The role also includes achieving sales targets, staying updated on insurance products and regulations, and participating in team meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Insurance Sales and Sales, with the ability to meet or exceed defined targets.
- Knowledge of Insurance products and experience or familiarity with Insurance Brokerage practices.
- Strong Customer Service abilities, including clear communication, active listening, and relationship building.
- Comfort working in a hybrid setup based in Ranchi, with the discipline to manage both office and remote tasks effectively.
- Relevant experience in insurance, financial services, or a related field is preferred.
- Basic proficiency with office software and CRM or sales tools to manage leads and client information.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related discipline is an advantage.
- Ethical, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a diverse team.
