Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Instrumentation Engineer role based in Vadodara.

The Instrumentation

Engineer will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining instrumentation and control systems for process automation projects. Daily tasks include configuring and calibrating instruments, supporting electrical and control wiring layouts, monitoring system performance, and diagnosing issues to ensure reliable plant operations. The role involves collaborating with project teams to develop control strategies, preparing technical documentation, and assisting in commissioning and testing of new and upgraded systems.





The engineer will also interact with clients and internal stakeholders to address technical queries, support compliance with safety and quality standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in instrumentation and calibration for process automation systems.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of process control principles and practical experience with control loops and automation logic.
- Candidates should possess hands-on troubleshooting skills for instrumentation and related electrical engineering aspects.
- Candidates should possess understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals, including wiring, panels, and safety standards.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree or diploma in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering discipline.
- Experience with industrial automation systems (e.g., PLCs, SCADA, DCS) and field instruments is beneficial.
- Ability to read and interpret P&IDs;, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and capability to work safely in industrial environments.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary project teams.
