- We are looking for an experienced Instrumentation Technician to handle the installation, maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of instrumentation and control systems in an industrial plant.

Key Responsibilities Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of instrumentation systems. Calibrate and maintain various instruments such as pressure, temperature, flow, and level transmitters. Troubleshoot and repair control valves, sensors, switches, gauges, and other field instruments.

Work with PLC, DCS, SCADA, control panels, and related control systems. Carry out loop checking, instrument testing, and commissioning activities. Identify instrumentation faults and take corrective actions to minimize plant downtime.

Maintain instrumentation records, calibration reports, and maintenance logs. Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, production, and maintenance teams. Follow plant safety procedures, permit-to-work systems, and standard operating procedures.





Ensure proper functioning and reliability of all instrumentation equipment.

Required Skills Positive knowledge of industrial instrumentation and control systems. Hands-on experience with PLC/DCS/SCADA systems. Knowledge of calibration and troubleshooting of field instruments. Ability to read P&ID;, instrument drawings, wiring diagrams, and loop diagrams.

Basic knowledge of electrical systems is an added advantage. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in a 3-shift environment. Qualification ITI / Diploma in Instrumentation / Electronics & Instrumentation / Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
