Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Instrument Technician responsible for installation, maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting and repair of industrial instrumentation and control equipment. The candidate will work with field instruments and support preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, inspect, test and maintain industrial instruments.
- Perform calibration of pressure, temperature, flow and level instruments/transmitters.
- Troubleshoot and repair field instruments, control valves, switches, gauges and actuators.
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Perform instrument loop checking, testing and commissioning.




- Read and understand P&IDs;, loop diagrams, instrument datasheets and hook-up drawings.
- Check instrument tubing, impulse lines, cable connections and instrument installation.
- Identify instrument faults and take corrective action.
- Maintain calibration, maintenance and repair records.
- Coordinate with Electrical, Mechanical, Production and Maintenance teams.
- Follow PPE, PTW, LOTO, HSE and other workplace safety procedures.
- Support shutdown, maintenance and commissioning activities when required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
