We are seeking an experienced Instrumentation Engineer to join our team in Dubai for our chemical manufacturing operations . The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in process control, instrumentation, and electrical systems , along with hands-on experience in Siemens PLC S7 .
This is a critical role requiring excellent troubleshooting abilities, calibration knowledge, and the capability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment .
Key Responsibilities
- Design, maintain, and optimize process control and instrumentation systems
- Operate, configure, and troubleshoot Siemens PLC S7 systems
- Perform calibration of field instruments and ensure accuracy of measurements
- Diagnose and resolve instrumentation and control system issues in real time
- Provide technical support to operations and maintenance teams
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of instrumentation equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and minimize downtime
- Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs for instrumentation and electrical systems
Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in instrumentation and control within the chemical or manufacturing industry
Technical Expertise:
- Hands-on experience with Siemens PLC S7
- Strong process control and instrumentation skills
- Knowledge of electrical engineering systems
- Calibration and testing expertise
- Strong troubleshooting and maintenance abilities
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced industrial workplace
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Salary negotiable up to INR 20 LPA based on current salary and experience. Company will provide shared bachelor accommodation only.
